Be unique, be you.
Always be unique. Whether it is by making friendly jokes with the clients or remembering someone's birthday. Being friendly with clients is best for everyone. Remember you are best at what you do, but the client is best at what they do. Don't try to be something you are not.

Create your network.
Always expand your network. Whether it’s word of mouth networking groups, or social media, focusing on growth is crucial. The worst connection is a lost one. Creating a personal network is always a great idea.

Go the extra mile and don't be lazy.
Go the extra mile. If a client needs someone to run to lunch, volunteer. If someone needs assistance with a recurring problem, happily help them. Remember, making connections is all about building relationships. Laziness is a waste of time and, especially in technology, there is always something to do.

Make it easy for everyone.
Making it easy for everyone is essential in today's world. Try to make networking feel second nature. Our primary purpose for our clients is to remove the headache of technology. Help them get back to focusing on their business.

Be honest.
Honesty is always the best policy. If you did something on accident, don’t hide it. If you have doubts in your ability to do something, offer to do research before promising anything.

Think differently.
Try to think differently by any means. If you are getting stuck with a project, try bringing in a fresh set of eyes. If a process seems clunky, find a creative way to make it efficient. If you don’t know how to do something, try researching it! Remember, Google is your friend.

If you don't enjoy what you do, change it.

Founder / CEO
Denton has had a long history with technology, he's always loved dissecting tech just to learn it's inner-workings. He founded Fly Consulting with the premise that technology doesn't need to be a headache.
Denton earned an Associates in Business Administration from Cleary University in 2014 and a Bachelors in Communications Technology from Eastern Michigan University in 2016. He has been working in the information technology field since 2012.
Lead Network Engineer / R&D
Trevor’s had a long history with computers. He started by building his own computer at 10 years old. He is our expert in all things Networking and Servers!
Trevor started as an intern for Denton at Kensington Woods Schools when he was a sophomore. Trevor graduated from Kensington Woods Schools in 2016. He graduated with a Bachelors in Information Assurance and Cyber Defense from Eastern Michigan University in 2020. He has been with Fly since 2014.
CFO / Lead Account
Erin started working at Fly in 2021. Previously, she worked as an accountant for 3 years at General RV. In addition to her primary roles, she leads profitability research, payroll and more. Her work ethic contributes greatly to the rapid growth of Fly.
Erin rises to the challenge of countless responsibilities. She graduated from Canton High School and studied photography and fine arts at The Art Institute of Michigan. She dedicates much of her time to the local community, making art and helping others.
CAO / Customer Service
Olivia joined Fly Consulting in spring of 2022. In addition to her role as CAO, she assists with marketing and project management. She earned a Bachelors of Science from Michigan State University and studied Fine Arts at College of Creative Studies In Detroit, MI.
Olivia has experience in digital media, customer service, marketing and sales. She enjoyed living and working in South Africa, Chicago, California and NYC before returning to Michigan. She continues to work as a freelance artist in addition to her role at Fly.

Prior to their visit, my desk had two monitors and a laptop on it, so not a lot of real estate was left to spread out on. I left for the day while my system installation was being completed and when I came into the office the next morning, it was a beautiful transformation! The dual monitors had been installed above my desktop and the computer was now located in a small space on the cubby wall of my desk. I had soooo much usable desktop space! All of the information I had taped on my previous monitors had been carefully removed and placed on my new monitors. The device charging cords had been thoughtfully placed within my reach and all excess cordage was out of sight. And, during installation, when drilling into the desk was required, they even brought their own vacuum and cleaned up work. They are very responsive to our calls or emails when we need their expertise. I highly recommend Fly Consulting for your IT needs! -Pop Daddy Snacks"
SERVICES:
We provide Pop Daddy Snacks several services including: Network Support, Server Support, Desktop support, and VoIP services. When Pop Daddy acquired a new building, we were able to run all new structured cabling, starting with getting the appropriate permits, all the way to the terminations. We also setup a proper Wi-Fi system to provide great coverage and fast speeds throughout the entire office and warehouse. During the move, while they were operating in both buildings we were able to maintain phone service across both buildings, as well as access to the services hosted on their server.

We provide Pathworks Financial with: Network Maintenance, VoIP Service, Desktop Support, and Server Maintenance. We assisted Pathworks with moving into their current building by pulling permits and running cables according to code. We setup their new location with a fast and secure network. We also switched and upgraded them to a VoIP service that gives them more features, and allows them to get more value for their money, like being able to allow remote workers to use the phone system.
